Transaction Fees

 

As with most payment processors, the below rates are subject to change depending on the type of products/services being sold. For example, items listed on 2CO’s restricted item list, will most likely incur higher transaction rates and or fees.

 

Transaction Rate: 5.5%
Transaction Fee: $0.45

 

Dispute/Chargebacks

 

The following charges apply for individual charge-backs and are based on the total percent of chargebacks incurred during the history of your 2CO account.

 

>1%: $11.00
1% - 1.99%: $20.00
2% - 2.99%: $30.00
3% - 3.99%: $40.00
>4%: $50.00

 

*The merchant may also be charged $15.00 for challenging a dispute/chargeback, despite the outcome. This covers fees involved with 2CO’s handling of the dispute.
