- Type of business
- Duration of business
- Credit history
- Past transaction records
- Ranking of the business’ credit
They also state that the Instabill service fee is never more than 10.0% of the retail amount charged during any billing period.

Other Information
Payments are made to merchants on a bi-monthly basis. Months are divided into two payment periods: The 1st – 15th and the 16th – end of month.
Payments are made via check.
Instabill withholds 10% of credit card payment check of each billing period and paces it into a private reserve fund. After 6 months following the date of each check, the 10% reserve is paid.
