We don’t rank processors because no one provider will be suited to every merchant. However, we have tried to include as much information on each processor as possible to help you find the right merchant account and save time and money.
If you have experience (good or bad) with a particular payment processor we want to hear about it! While we endeavor to list as much information about a provider as possible, a firsthand account from a merchant is often times much more valuable! For example, 24 hour support may sound nice, but what if they never answer their phones? Or you’re put on hold most of the time? Or your issues are not resolved? This is the sort of feedback we are seeking from anybody who has experiences with merchant account providers. (This goes for those that aren’t on our list as we are constantly adding to it!)
