Nochex is a UK based online payment company that provides services mainly to smaller online businesses. It aims to provide an easy to use, yet complete, payment service for merchants. Nochex was first established in 1999 and began providing online payment services in early 2001.

 

Nochex provides traditional merchant accounts which can be used to accept payments from customers around the globe. However, they also have an e-wallet style service that users within the UK can use with merchants signed up with Nochex. Transactions where a Nochex registered customer buys from a Nochex registered seller are protected from chargebacks.

 

As well as the traditional merchant account, they also have a ‘Seller’ Account, which will only accept payments under £100 and only from UK credit/debit cards.
